Shipping
Once the order has been processed, I will send you an email confirming the purchase. The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. The shipping cost depends on the country.
If the piece appears as "made to order," it means that it is not in stock but can be made upon request. If you purchase one of these pieces, the lead time is 4–6 weeks.
Once your package leaves the workshop, you will receive an email from the shipping company with your tracking number.
All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed on the following business day.
For international shipping, there might be tax or customs charges on some items. Solomar Studio will not be accountable for the payment of those in the receiving country. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pickup of your package.
We are not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect delivery details. In these cases, the customer must assume the costs of a second shipment. If the package is returned to the workshop, we are not responsible for the cost of reshipping.
I am very conscious about the preservation of our environment, which is why our packaging is plastic-free and 100% recyclable and compostable. If you receive any plastic with your order, it is because we are reusing some packing material we have received.
We offer free shipping to Europe on orders above €200 and worldwide on orders above €500.
If there are no shipping options for your location, please email me and we will send you a shipping quote for your order.
I don’t offer returns or refunds, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and reply to your order confirmation email. I’ll send you a replacement and file a claim with the shipping provider.
